01 — What This Is

Not a sales call.
A real engagement.

Most firms call their free consultation a "Discovery." We think that word is usually code for a sales pitch. Ours is structured differently — a time-boxed, deliverable-driven engagement that produces real output whether or not we ever work together afterward.

Intelligence Assessment

A 90-minute structured working session where we map your current workflows, identify where intelligence is missing, and quantify the cost of the gap in your specific operation.

Opportunity Memo

A written deliverable — 3–5 pages — ranking the highest-leverage AI deployments for your business by expected lift, implementation effort, and strategic fit. Yours to keep regardless of next steps.

Pilot Build

If one of the opportunities is worth building, we build it at no cost during the pilot window. Deployed into your actual operation, used by your actual team, measured against real outcomes.

Honest Recommendation

At the end of the pilot you get our honest read — build more, continue together, or walk away with the work we did. No pressure, no obligation, no follow-up sales sequence.

We're selective on purpose.

We run a limited number of pilots per quarter so each gets our full attention. Here's what we look for — and what we don't.

Good fit if you are...

  • Able to commit ~4 hours of your time across the 4-week window

04 — Honest Answers

The questions worth asking.

Why is this complimentary?
Two reasons. First, the best way we've found to earn engagement with serious operators is to demonstrate value before asking for payment. Second, the pilots generate real case studies and operational insight we use to sharpen our products. Both parties get something.
What happens after the 4 weeks?
One of three outcomes. Either (a) the pilot worked, we scope a paid ongoing engagement, and we keep building. Or (b) the pilot showed promise but isn't the right moment for you — we part friends and you keep the work. Or (c) we both realize it wasn't the right fit, we shake hands, and you still keep the deliverables. No bait-and-switch.
Do I own what you build?
Anything built specifically for your operation stays with your operation. We retain rights to our underlying infrastructure and methodology. Standard professional-services structure — spelled out in the NDA at the start.
What size of company is this for?
We take operators from solo professionals through enterprise. The pilot shape changes — a solo real estate agent's pilot looks very different from a mid-market medical group's pilot — but the principle is the same. If you run a business that generates revenue and has workflows, we can find something worth building together.
How do I apply?
The inquiry form on the homepage. Tell us what your business is and what you're trying to solve. We review every submission personally and respond within 72 hours with either an invitation to the next step or an honest "not a fit right now."
When is the next cohort?
The Q2 and Q3 2026 cohort is currently open. We run cohorts quarterly. Spots are limited by our capacity to do the work at a high standard, so earlier applications have more flexibility on scheduling.
